Right of withdrawal
If you are an individual, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to provide a reason.
How do I return a product?
- Contact us via the Contact page, providing your order number and the product(s) in question.
- We will provide you with the return address. The product must be returned in its original condition, complete and in its packaging.
- After receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the payment method used for the order.
Return costs
Returns are free of processing fees: we do not deduct any amount from your refund. You are only responsible for the return label; you may purchase this from the carrier of your choice.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to software and licenses whose seal has been broken, nor to personalized products. A product returned damaged, incomplete, or used beyond a simple trial may be subject to a discount.
Warranty
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years for new products) and the guarantee against hidden defects. For a defective product, contact us: we will guide you through the process.
