These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern sales concluded on this site between IT WORLD (a Simplified Joint-Stock Company with a capital of €2,500, 1 Boulevard Déodat de Séverac, 31770 Colomiers, Toulouse Trade and Companies Register 949 842 736, VAT FR57949842736), hereinafter referred to as "the Seller," and any person making a purchase, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer."
1. Products
The products offered are those appearing on the site on the day of consultation, subject to available stock. Each product page describes the essential characteristics of the product and specifies whether it is new or refurbished. Photographs are non-contractual. Supplier product data is updated several times a day; in the event of unavailability after an order is placed, the Customer will be informed and refunded for any sums already paid.
2. Price
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (20% VAT), excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are displayed before the order is confirmed. The Seller may change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order. In the event of a manifest pricing error, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the Customer.
3. Ordering
The Customer selects their products, confirms their cart, enters their contact details, chooses their delivery method, and pays for their order. Validation of payment constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering, using the payment methods offered during the checkout process. Transactions are secured by the Shopify platform; the Seller does not have access to the Customer's banking details. The products remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received.
5. Delivery and in-store pickup
The methods, lead times, and costs of delivery are specified on the Delivery page. Lead times are indicative. Picking up an order at the IT WORLD store (1 Boulevard Déodat de Séverac, 31770 Colomiers) is possible; the Customer is notified by email and SMS when their order is ready. In the event of a damaged or incomplete package, the Customer must issue reservations to the carrier upon receipt and inform the Seller.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumer customers have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason. The terms, costs (return label at the Customer's expense), and exceptions are detailed on the Returns and refunds page. The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after receipt of the return.
7. Warranties
Consumer customers benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). The legal warranty of conformity is 2 years for new products; for refurbished or used products, it is at least 12 months. Some products also benefit from a manufacturer's commercial warranty, which is mentioned on their product page.
8. Professional customers
The right of withdrawal and the legal warranty of conformity are consumer rights. Sales to professionals are subject to manufacturer warranties and the provisions of the Civil Code.
9. Liability
The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products or cases of force majeure.
10. Personal data
The data collected is used for processing orders and customer relations. Its processing is described in the site's privacy policy. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer may contact the Seller at contact@itworld.fr to seek an amicable solution. Failing an agreement, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the Seller's registered office, subject to the rules of jurisdiction applicable to consumers.
