Shipping methods
- Colissimo (or equivalent carrier), France: delivery within 24 to 48 hours.
- Colissimo (or equivalent carrier), Europe: delivery within 2 to 8 business days depending on the destination country.
- Mondial Relay (or equivalent carrier), France: delivery to a pickup point within 3 to 5 business days.
- In-store pickup: pickup available at the IT WORLD store, 1 Boulevard Déodat de Séverac, 31770 Colomiers.
Delivery times start from the moment the order is shipped. They are provided as an estimate and may vary depending on the carrier, the period (holidays, peak activity), and the delivery address.
In-store pickup
If you choose in-store pickup, we will notify you by email and SMS as soon as your order is ready. Please present your order confirmation and a valid ID. For any questions, call 09 83 34 98 76.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the selected method, the destination, and the weight of the parcel. They are displayed before payment validation: the total amount to be paid, including shipping, is always indicated before checkout.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your parcel tracking number.
Damaged or missing parcels
